squidGuard is a good program, but ALL of the blacklists they use are
generated by robots;
Virgin (e.g. Airlines) websites are normally banned etc; Mind you -- almost
all redirectors have
robot generated blacklists -- I believe squidGuard is th emost feature-full.
If you have a large client base, filtering is sure to cause nothing but
problems. Needless to say,
unless you are doing transparent proxy'n it is pointless. If you know the
sites you want to ban
and/or have your own blacklist then it may be wise. On the other hand if you
outline
the functionality and the features to your clients they may allow the odd
slip-up.

http://www.squid-cache.org/related-software.html View the redirectors
section.
Everyone has different needs and you should look at which one will be best
for you.
