[squid-users] Port 83 requests blocked?

Hello everybody!

Why doesn't my squid let me connect to

http://mawnt912.external.hp.com:83/VSR_Merge/begin.jsp?
Is this a problem of port number (83) or is it because of the QUESTION MARK
at the end of the line?

I got an ACL list used for blocking some file extensions from being
downloaded, which looks like

\.mp3($|\?)
\.avi($|\?)
\.mpeg($|\?)

and so on... may this cause a problem?
