[squid-users] squid protecting IIS; transparent proxy?

Hi list users

I have this situation:

        Inet
          |
          |
          V
 eth1: public IP
    Proxy Box (ip forwarding disabled)
 eth0: 192.168.1.1
          |
          |
          V
   192.168.1.2
  IIS Webserver

Because of known reasons, I cannot put the IIS directly into the internet.
It should be protected by a Squid proxy. The proxy should listen on eth1
tcp:80 and proxy all http traffic to 192.168.1.2:80 ONLY.
Can this be done? If yes, how? Must I configure a transparent proxy?

Thank you,
Philipp
