[squid-users] how to run Squid & Apache together?

i had been install squid 2.4 STABLE3 and apache web http server on same box
my squid is ran as transparent and work correctly,but when i want to go in my local web server (apach) get this message from squid
 
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://213.176.24.197/

The following error was encountered:

  a.. Access Denied.
  Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.

Your cache administrator is root

i descover that squid and apach was ran on same port (80).

and then i change the apach port to 81 and then by type the:81 in the end of localweb i could access them,but i want to configure both of them to operat without type any port number .
