You canot have both squid and apache listening on the same IP/port
combination. You only have two things you can vary - the IP address that
squid/apache listen on or the port. The default port for squid is 3128. If
you want both to listen on port 80 then you'll need separate IP addresses
for squid and apache.

Since the proxy must configured into your browsers, change the squid port
to 3128.
