[squid-users] How to open specific ports for specific domains in Squid?

Hi all,

Any ideas on how I can open up a specific port for a specific IP address or domain name?

i.e.
I want to enable access to
http://webmail.gorge.net:81
but not port 81 in general...

http://www.vaultguard.com:7798
but not port 7798 in general...

etc.

I've read the documentation and other postings but I'm a bit at a loss as to how to do this in my squid.conf....
