The value does not decrease over a period of time.

Right now very few people on my land is access cache.

I have block all access from outside exist to webhosting sites.

So no one(world) can use my cache to browsed.

I have block nimda viruses.

When I take my cache offline, this value does not decrease.

reqs/sec is down to 1

I have hardly any traffic hear. It is 3:16am here.
