Short answer: No

Long answer: In theory it is possible given very specific conditions and
some coding, but in practice no as the requirements are such that it is
nearly impossible to implement the needed network topology correcly,
especially not if you are using L4 switching or other redirection
techniques, and to further complicate the mess none of the OS:es has the
needed support in their TCP/IP implementations (Linux-2.2 comes quite
close, but still needs some modifications to allow Squid to make use of
the feature). As there is no OS supporting this there isn't any support
in Squid out-of-the box either so once you have the needed support in
the OS, Squid needs some small changes to make use of it.
