Only if first upgrading to a supported Squid version and the problem
remains.

Squid-2.3 is no longer supported, and my patchset to Squid-2.3 has never
been supported.

The current supported Squid version is Squid-2.4.STABLE6 and is what
should be used in production systems.

Bug reports are also accepted for Squid-2.5 pre-releases or HEAD alpha
releases.. but for these the preferred bug reporting address is
squid-dev@squid-cache.org and you are assumed to know how to use a
debugger and read the non-existing documentation.
