[squid-users] Netinfo Authentication

Hi there,
Has anyone had success in using netinfo to authenticate users for web
access? If so how are you going about it?
Once the user is authenticated, is it then possible to have a text file
called 'staff' and allow only users that are in this text file access to
certain sites???
