 I believe that SQUID, is detecting the possibility of all available
threads becoming busy ,in the condition of further I/O load and
or requests.
In the case of no aufs-threads being available , SQUID will block
for 'user' (browser) requests.

Coping with it : specialists may correct me, but if the message
is sporadic ,it may not prevent you from sleeping; I can see it
on my SQUID sometimes too.
