Here we use sarg and since users have to authenticate, we get a full report
on users activity. Nevertheless, we do not only inform them about it, but we
include a specific clause in their job contract where they are aknowledged.
Some countries here in Europe do not allow it though. I recommend you to get
legal advice before proceeding.
