[squid-users] Bypass proxy

I am new to squid so please be patient.
I am running Version 2.4.STABLE1 and have found the following problem.
There are a few websites that I can only see when I by-pass the proxy on the
client side. (eg www.liverpoolfc.tv)
I have asked our local linux group with no success.
Can someone please help.
