From squid.conf :-

# TAG: extension_methods
# Squid only knows about standardized HTTP request methods.
# You can add up to 20 additional "extension" methods here.
#
#Default:
# none

So something like:

extension_methods SEARCH PROPFIND ....

You may also want to add a line like:

acl method SEARCH

so that you can limit use of WebDAV to those users you wish.
