[squid-users] IE Problems

Hi.

I am running Squid 2.4Stable6, and have a problem with IE users, i have
added the following in the squid.conf :

ie_refresh on

and still, when i refresh on IE 5.5 SP2, the page doesnt refresh, if i
do a refresh in Netscape, and then refresh the IE it will load the new
page, but only refreshing the IE will not load the new page,

Another problem i have is that squid i caching a page which it shouldnt,
i have put this too :

acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \? sd.com sd.co.il summit-design.com
sld.sd.com
no_cache deny QUERY

but i still get TCP_HIT in the access.log, why does it still cache it ??
