with red hat 7.2, squid can be started by /sbin/service squid start
with xinetd

ok, i can change /etc/init.d/squid
but, i don't want to change this

i prefered to add a /etc/cron.daily/squid
with the following command
cat /var/run/squid.pid | xargs snice -10
