[squid-users] access denied

Hi
guys i have this as an error when i finnally configure squid ....
can any one tell what is the problem
user = noboby
group = nogroup
and' i run squid # ./RunCache
as root ..
 any ideas Hackers of what might be the problem........i will be
gratefull
