[squid-users] Configuration Flexability

Does squid give me the ability to let a certain user access only one
site, say mapquest.com during the week, with full access on the
weekend while giving others the ability to view all sites 7 days a week?
I've been looking over some FAQs and documentation, but haven't had
much luck in making anything work.
