[squid-users] Funny Performance Problem

After configuring quid and pointing IE on a windoze client to it I was happy
to see it work, but pages come up EXTREMELY slow.

The funny part is that when I hit F5 (reload) on IE even while the page is
loading, it comes up almost immediatley. This behavious is the same for all
new pages that squid has never seen and it's of course very annoying.

Any ideas why this is? I did not change squid.conf beyond what was needed to
make it work in my environment.
