[squid-users] NTLM auth

Hi all,

i've just downloaded Squid 2.5PRE8 but i'm not able to compile with
ntlm_auth (with ./configure --enable-ntlm-auth-modules=SMB).

Which are right parameters?

If i do a make in helpers/ntlm_auth/SMB and then execute ./ntlm_auth i
receive an error "BH Helper detected protocol error".
