Should work, but most people find it easier to write

http_access deny porn
http_access allow localusers
http_access deny all

or alternatively

http_access deny !localusers
http_access deny porn
http_access allow localusers
http_access deny all

Won't work.. you can't deny what you have already allowed.

Won't work. Same problem as above..
