[squid-users] Parse error in squid conf

When I restarted squid I saw the following error:

stopping squid
squid.conf line 364 no_cache deny QUERY Local_Lan manager localhost
SSL_ports Safe_ports CONNECT
ACL name Local_Lan not found
ACL name manager not found
ACL name localhost not found
ACL name SSL_ports not found
ACL name Safe_ports not found
ACL name CONNECT not found

This is what is stated in the conf file as you should keep these two
lines. When I add 'acl' before the 'no_cache deny QUERY.....', I only
get an error on the work 'deny'.

The next parse error while shutting down is on line 1469 of the conf
file. I have 'icp_access allow all'. The error states 'all' not
recognised.

The next parse error while shutting down is on line 2780 of the conf
file. I have 'ident_lookup_access deny all'. The error states 'all' not
recognised. This is the same for line 2782.

On lines 1401 and 1403 there are references to 'acl Local_Lan src
0.0.0.0-0.0.0.0/255.255.255.255' and 'acl localhost src
127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255'. Do I put the range of my local lan (ie
192.168.0.1-192.168.0.224/255.255.255.0) here?
