1/ I have only TCP_MISS if i download file on FTP
IIS Server :

I think FTP Cache doesn't work because FTP IIS
Server does not support
MDTM.

2/ On the other hand if i download file from FTP
WartFTPD who accept
MDTM command it's OK :
