[squid-users] wccp patch problem on linux kernel 2.4.18

Hello my dear squid users,
I'm going configure squid with wccp support but when I
compiled linux with wccp support using this patch

http://squid.visolve.com/developments/wccpv2_install.htm

it's displaying error

[root@wccp linux]# patch -p1 < ip_wccp
can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
