No, because as of yet there hasn't been a single OS that can easily
support such operation. (well, Linux-2.2 could almost.. the hard
trick is to make Squid allowed to use the feature. Linux-2.4 can not)

If you find a OS that can support such operation, and the API to use
when making the connections on behalf of the real client then making
it work is not a big deal if your network layout allows it.
