You should not be using any anonymize_headers options unless you want
anonymization (which will break things to improve privacy)

Last time I tried Domino there was no problems with using the web login except
that cookies must be allowed.. ah, wait a minute.. there is one. The server
is/was really keen on being called by it's configured name only. Make sure
your reverse proxy is set up in such manner that the request is forwarded to
your backend server using the correct hostname.
