  Bingo! When I send "Proxy-Connection: Keep-Alive" manually I get the
response header but no body. What's weird is that it seems to be doing this
ONLY for the state.tx.us URL; I can run the same type of test for
http://www.yahoo.com and get the page body back. Would it be fair to say that
I should take this up with iPlanet?
