If this could help you, a suggestion would be :
put a php script in you protected web server, once user logs in to the web
server, use his/her credentilas to update squid's auth database.
I use such a mechanism to update my ldap password database as I mouved
squid
auth from smb_auth to ldap_auth and my ldap database is not up to date
compared
to smb database.
