[squid-users] Cache-Control: max-age=0 results TCP_MISS

hi,

i am using Squid/2.4.STABLE6 as a reverse proxy.
until now i thought that for this version the Squid-2 algorithm (http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-12.html#ss12.7)
decides if an object is fresh or stale.
but if try a get with a 'Cache-Control: max-age=0' header,
i get a MISS from the cache.

could somebody tell me, if i am wrong,
or how can i force caching, controlled by expire headers.
