Just before someone goes jumping on IE (much as I love the sport ;-),
this was not my observation - I attempted to fetch the files with both
IE and Netscape browsers with the same problem cropping up in the files
downloaded. The files were NOT cached BTW because the download was
done via a CGI script from memory.
