the ones you see now (templates) should be in
..../etc/squid/errors or ..../squid/etc/errors or
somewhere. You can customise these, and somewhere
on the page put a %s being the squid tag.
you can have it in a comment if you wish, but without it
squid will automatically add it to the bottom...
