Hello,

For security purposes, your cache should not be between the LAN
and the DMZ. Why don't you put it in the DMZ ?

Good luck,
Mathieu.

Subject: [squid-users] General Squid Configuration Questions

Good Morning,

I am hoping to receive some general advice on setting up Squid. For Squid
to work properly, do I need to set up ip routing tables on my linux server?
Is there a graphical interace to do this, or do I need to use the route
command? I am planning to place the Squid server between the internal LAN
and the DMZ.

Thank you for your help,

Tim
