allow me some simple questions:
what is the exact meaning of:
TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS
TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_HIT
TCP_HIT
TCP_MISS
in the access.log
I have the problem that one my squid 2.3stable3 does not do any refreshes
and logs TCP_CLIENT_REFRESH_MISS. I would like to know what exactly these
log entries mean and how I can make squid to refresh a loaded site when I
klick on the browser's refresh button (ie6.0).
