[squid-users] authenticate user in a web page

I have squid 2.4 stable.
I use ncsa auth_proxy.

I need to set the squid proxy to authenticate all user that use proxy in a
web page inside of in the classic pop up windows.

In a free wi-fi network, a people connect to the access point with a
wireless card, a dhcp server send it the ip address and the gateway (the
gateway pass trought the squid).
for every http address the proxy must reply a web page for the
authentication, (or follow a link to register the new user), and after a
successfull registration, can navigate outside.
