This means your system does not have the entropy source /dev/urandom.
Nothing critical for NTLM authentication.

This means you are trying to use proxy authentication in other *_access
directives than http_access. Proxy authentication acl types is currently
only supported in the http_access directive, not the other *_access
directives. See the Squid-2.5 release notes.
