And also when you are not bending TCP/IP by transparent redirection
and intercepting of port 80 TCP/IP will also be allowed to operate
fully the way it is supposed to, avoiding a family of performance
related issues, sometimes only noticeable to a some users.

But first is certainly the most striking difference.
