[squid-users] Get from parent if it can't connect to the site directly

Hi,

I want to config a child cache to forward the request to parent cache if
it can't connect to the site directly (e.g. timeout).
Is it possible? I have searched from google and squid's FAQ, but I can't
find the answer.
