[squid-users] Reconfigure ERROR

Hi

I was wondering if somebody could help me with this
problem.

I've amended the blocked.txt and unblocked.txt in the
/home/squid/blocked directory thru the webadmin tool
to disallow and allow some sites.

When I run the ./squid -k reconfigure command from the
command line via
a ssh session, I get the error as seen below.

[admin@mrblonde bin]$ ./squid -k reconfigure
squid: ERROR: Could not send signal 1 to process 358:
(1) Operation not
permitted

Can anybody point me in the right direction.
