[squid-users] reply_body_max_size

Hello
Is there a way that I use the mime-types while there is a request. ???? coz if
the mimetypes are valuated upon requesting the reply than a part of the
bandwith is wasted, which i want to preserve.. Basically my aim is to give the
unlimited b/w for surfing and limiting the b/w for downloading.
I have tried reply_body_max_size with the acl which unfortunately crased my
squid.

All other options are welcome.
