Yes.

But I can tell you immediately that a single Squid won't saturate
120Mbps. You will need a farm of about 5 good configured Squids to
saturate a 120Mbps link with normal web traffic. Less if your users are
heavy downloaders or the link is also used for other traffic like email,
ftp, filesharing etc..
