Very simple: A reply which does not fit in a single UDP DNS segment (at
most 512 octets).

The size limit of 512 octet is reaced on a few distributed websites with
a lot of public IP addresses. Can also easily be reached when fetching
glue records (not relevant to Squid, only to the DNS resolver Squid is
talking to via DNS).
