Any now available CPU should do it.
RAM and Disks depend on the amount if internet traffic.

RAM should be minimum 256 MB + 10 MB / GB Cache. You should add the memory
Bind uses.
For 20 GB cache the disks for cache should be separate, about 40 GB in Size,
and the RAM should be 512 MB.
For 60 GB cache the disks should be 100 GB in size and the RAM should be 1
GB.

Cache should be on separate disk for performance reasons.

I would prefer this.

For meintenance reasons you shouzd you should use 2 caches on 2 disks.
