[squid-users] Squid.conf and ACL refresh.... Radius

Hi,

First:

I want to know if it would be possible somehow to refresh ACL list without rebooting my computer, I mean...

I have to modify my squid.conf and my access lists but I need this changes to be updated without rebooting my computer.

Second:

I would like to now how Radius could work with Squid, I have read something about this question in this list (radius helper,PAM helper,Radius authenticator module....)but I'm working with a FreeBSD computer and I don't know exactly how to do it.
