Hi, guys

I am using Squid.2.4STABLE4 under RedHat 7.2. I am using default swap watermark ( cache_swap_low 90 and cache_swap_high 95).
my cache_dir is 4GB. Once cache goes up to 90% or hits low watermark, It stays around 80% all time. It hurts cache performance.
squid takes more time to serve request to client.

What is wrong here ?

What is the general or expected behaviour of squid when it hits low and high watermark ?

Thank you in advance.
Any help, hint or suggestion appricated..

Jigar
