[squid-users] Corrupt file in Cache

Hey guys-

I seem to have a corrupt file in my cache - a Windows Update file :(.
Is there any way I can get this file out without clearing my cache completely?
I was unable to find a good way to do this after reading through the FAQ,
though I'm able to trace the file through the log files.
