Maybe http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-7.html#ss7.5 (helpfully titled
"How Can I Purge an Object from my Cache?") will help. The only recent
change is that version 2.5STABLE2 (mabye others) the program is called
squidclient instead of client (/usr/local/squid/bin/squidclient). The
example purges a domain but I am pretty sure I've done individual objects.

hth,

Adam
