Does the script work if you use it from the command line?
Does each of the individual squid_ldap_auth command lines work if you
use them from the command line?
open2() expects a shell command line if you use the command string
variant. See the IPC::Open2 perl manpage for details in the different
ways of invoking a command under open2..
