Try "http_access allow all" as a first rule. That should allow access
from everywhere. It would also help to know what you tried and what
error messages you get in the squid log files. Otherwise I would assume
that your firewalls just drops 3128 connections or similar.

Could you - in turn - please do line wraps and correct your real name?
