[squid-users] How to compile Rodrigo Campos' IP/user authentication module ?

Hi,

I just downloaded Rodrigo's script i.e
ip_user-1.0.tar.gz, and after decompressing I got
these files:

dict.c
example.conf
example-deny_all_but.conf
ip_user.h
license
main.c
Makefile
match.c
README

Could anyone tell me how to compile the script ? :)
