Well you are probably right.
I still see total size rising, but at 4G squid will use ~25 dirs
out of 128.

BTW, why squid decided to place 128 files per dir? Not 64? Not 512?
Is it hardwired?

BTW #2: What will happen if squid runs out or dirs?
